Holiday celebrations continued in Cape Coral this past weekend as the City's Parks & Recreation Department hosted its annual holiday-themed Bike Night in the South Cape.
On Saturday evening, motorcycles, music, people, and holiday spirit filled SE 47th Terrace, as thousands packed the event strolling up and down the busy street stopping at the variety of vendors lined up along the way checking some last minute Christmas shopping items off the list. A slight chill in the air, in Southwest Florida weather standards, only added to the holiday atmosphere felt during the night.

It is officially the holiday season in Cape Coral.
This past Saturday, the Chamber of Commerce of Cape Coral, as they have for over two decades, launched the festive time of year hosting their annual Holiday Festival of Lights in the heart of Cape Coral.
The evening was filled with Yuletide spirit, as thousands of all ages packed Cape Coral Parkway to usher in the holidays.
Those who attended enjoyed an evening of games, entertainment, sliding down the 25-ton snow drift, and much more.
